German Artist Sails on the Thames in a Paper Boat
After carefully folding it on the banks of the Thames, artist Frank Bölter jumped into his origami boat and sailed it under the surprised gazes of passers-by. Named “To The World’s End”, Frank Bölter’s paper boat was part of the Drift 10 art exhibition, in London. It was created out of giant sheets of paper that he and the public at the Canary Wharf Docks folded, using origami techniques. Reinforced with metal poles, the unusual sailing craft didn’t seem to sink, and its creator was so relaxed that he laid back and read a newspaper, while the public stared at him in awe.

Al Hakawati - The Storyteller Zabeel Park, Dubai
The thyssenkrupp elevator award was a competition which asked architects to develop an iconic tall emblem structure for zaabeel park in dubai. For their proposal visiondivision designed a statue based around al hakawati – a storyteller, whose profession that goes way back in ancient arabic times and still is performed in the arabic world today. the statue will be a home of stories! ; a children’s library in its base and various spaces for performance and reading inside of the statue.
In every part of the park, small speakers will be set up so people can gather around them and listen to the statue when he recites stories; perhaps great legends from one thousand and one night, historical anecdotes from the city itself and future speculations, all this performed with an animated body language.

Buddhist Temple Built By Bottles
Buddhist temple built 1.5million recycled beer bottles — Built using more than a million beer bottles, this incredible temple in the north-east of Thailand is a novel way to recycle any empties. The resident Buddhist monks at the Wat Pa Maha Chedi Kaew complex encourage local authorities to deposit any used bottles at the temple which they then use to build new structures. Having already built the a temple and even shelters, the monks who live in the town of Khun Han really have got into the spirit of recycling.

07 Liuhe Pagoda
This architectural wonder is located at the foot of Yuelun Hill, in Hangzhou. It is also known as “Six Harmonies Pagoda”. Liuhe Pagoda was originally built, during the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127 AD). The octagonal pagoda was built out of brick and wood, and is 196 feet high.
The pagoda is most popular structure associated with Buddhism. Its origin can be traced all the way back to the 3rd century BC.

The 11 metre tall Mano del Desertio can be found protruding from the sand in the Atacama Desert, Chile, and has been standing alone since 1992 when it was inaugurated. Made from a combination of iron and cement, the huge hand was designed and built by Chilean sculptor Mario Irarrázabal, the man also behind 'The Drowned', seen below.

Bull Frog Vs Sparrow
Spectacular captures of the American Bullfrog preying on an unlucky sparrow. Growing up to a length of 20 centimeters or 7.9 inches, the bullfrog preys on any animal that it can overpower and stuff down its throat. Their stomachs have been found to contain rodents, small turtles, snakes, frogs including bullfrogs and birds of course. Ambush predators as they are known for, the bullfrog can be seen submerging large preys (in this case the sparrow) into the water to cut their air supply and defense.
